IRON RING REPLACEMENT
If you are from Camp XIII and you have misplaced your ring, follow the steps below to receive your replacement.
The cost to replace your Iron Ring is $35.00.
If you know your size, use the online ring replacement form and pay by credit card. Once we receive a successful submission, a replacement ring will mailed to the address provided. Please allow 10-15 business days for this process.
If you would like to do the replacement in person, please email ironring13@mcmaster.ca to make an appointment, as the office is not open daily.
Please note that we will be processing replacement rings through July 10th. The week of August 5th will mark the start of the replacement process again. Please allow 10-15 business days for this process/arrival of replacement ring. Camp XIII will offer a 30-day exchange policy if the size you order/receive is incorrect, please email ironring13@mcmaster.ca .
IRON RING EXCHANGE
Camp XIII offers ring exchanges only to newly obligated engineers, or new replacement purchases within 30 days of the processing date. Please email ironring13@mcmaster.ca to make arrangements.
CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT
Candidates receive Obligation Certificates with their diploma at convocation. Currently, our office does not offer replacement certificates.
