Camp XIII receives information from candidates for a variety of reasons. Details of why we collect that information and how it is handled is below.
Information from candidates and guests attending the ceremony - The Camp maintains information only for its operations and only for as long as necessary.
Information from candidates to communicate with them and to confirm their eligibility to attend the ceremony - This information is destroyed after the candidate attends the ceremony, and only the candidate's name, obligation number, and year of attendance are retained in the Camp's and Corporation's records to confirm attendance at the ceremony.
Information from guests in order to communicate with them and for admission to the ceremony - This information is destroyed after the ceremony is held.
Information from candidates who request replacement rings in order to communicate with them and to confirm attendance at a previous ceremony - This information is destroyed after applicable financial records have been finalized.
Camp XIII may share information with other Camps to confirm attendance at a Camp XIII ceremony prior to processing a ring replacement request.
Camp XIII does not share personal information with other third parties.
