Ceremony 2026

The Camp XIII Calling of an Engineer Ceremony will be held on Friday March 27, 2026 at McMaster University.  This year we will be hosting 2 ceremonies on that day due to the number of candidates and guests that will be attending.  The first ceremony will be at 11:00 am and the second will be at 2:30 pm.  Candidates must pre-register for one of the time slots.

Ring Sizing

Ring sizing for the 2026 ceremony: By appointment only.

Registration to Attend

Only eligible candidates/students are sent registration details by direct email. The external applicant deadline (for application and payment) is Friday January 23, 2026.

Guest Tickets

Guest tickets will be on sale in the lobby of JHE at the following times:

Tuesday February 23: 3:00 - 7:00 pm

Wednesday March 4: 3:00 - 7:00 pm

Thursday March 12: 3:00 - 7:00 pm 

Mandatory Briefing Session 2026

Virtual, hosted on Avenue to Learn.  Registration details and dates will be posted shortly. 

Guest Ring Presenters

Deadline for registering a Guest Ring Presenter is March 6, 2026.
